Customer information
Ordering from us means that you accept that we store your personal data. The information is
for our use only and will not be forwarded to third part.
Returns
You have the right to return the merchandise within 14 days. The merchandise must be unused
and returned in the original packing. Hygiene items, swimsuits and underwear
cannot be replaced. You will pay for the shipping costs for any return.
Before you
return any items, please contact us on kundtjanst@barnkorgen.se.
When we have checked the item we will reimburse you the actual merchant cost
assuming that the above conditions are fulfilled.
Complaint
If you discover
any damage on your merchandise send an e-mail to kundtjanst@catric.se with information on
what is wrong and if you request your money back or the merchandise replaced.
At any disputes we follow the decision from Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
Prices
All prices are
in Swedish kronas and including VAT. Delivery charges will be added.
Order
Only orders
through our web shop are accepted and you must be over 18 to place an order.
When an order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. If
you do not receive a confirmation or if there is an error you can contact us by
sending a mail to kundtjanst@barnkorgen.se

Shipping
Orders are shipped by Posten or Schenker. We try to send the items within 7 days from order date.
Unclaimed delivery
We reserve the right to charge for unclaimed delivery in order to cover for postage fee,
return postage and administrative charges.
Payment
Payment can be´done either by a bank payment (bankgiro), Paypal or cash on delivery (postförskott) if
nothing else has been agreed. For payments outside of Sweden Paypal or bank payment will be used. Use the following account address:

Change of order
If you would like to change your order after the order is submitted, please send a message
to kundtjanst@barnkorgen.se. If the order has not yet been
submitted we will do the change directly, otherwise see chapter about Return.
Reservation
We reserve the right to approve all incoming orders.
