You have the right to return the merchandise within 14 days. The merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packing. Hygiene items, swimsuits and underwear cannot be replaced. You will pay for the shipping costs for any return.

Before you return any items, please contact us on kundtjanst@barnkorgen.se. When we have checked the item we will reimburse you the actual merchant cost assuming that the above conditions are fulfilled.

Complaint

If you discover any damage on your merchandise send an e-mail to kundtjanst@catric.se with information on what is wrong and if you request your money back or the merchandise replaced. At any disputes we follow the decision from Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by Posten. We try to send the items within 7 days from order date.

Unclaimed delivery

We reserve the right to charge for unclaimed delivery in order to cover for postage fee, return postage and administrative charges.
